You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential equity transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch presentations, and offering memoranda.
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support equity offerings and strategic decisions.
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Support senior management in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
- Few years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or related fields, with a focus on equity capital markets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and industry research.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior executives.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
