Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including evaluating financial statements, conducting industry research, and analyzing competitive landscapes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to support their growth and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software tools.
Position in the Company:
