We are offering a competitive, local alternative to the big guys and we need people who are able to help us communicate that message to the communities we already built.

This position is going to start out as a cold call outside sales position, but you will be provided the resources, tools, and training to build a pipeline and become a business development expert. We value our reputation in the community, so this is not a churn and burn retail sales job, we will train you on consultative sales techniques so that you can build a referral network that will keep your pipeline bursting and you pockets full, but it will take some work.

Responsibilities

  • Share information with the community about the Wire 3 movement, our sales team are our strongest evangelists, and as such need to be proud advocates for the company. This will include canvassing (door to door sales), social media prospecting and presence, community events, and more.
  • Engage with customers using a consultative sales strategy in order to understand their needs, and explain how we can fulfill them.
  • Monitor competition in your area to identify risk, issues, and opportunities.
  • Sell, sell, sell

  • Confident, outgoing, extroverted – strong listening and communication skills (verbal and written.
  • A team player with the ability to be a self starter.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, as well as a tablet (iPad).
