Position Overview: As a Lifestyle Manager at Black Lion, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the lifestyle of our clients. This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients. Understand their preferences, needs, and expectations.
  • Personalized Service: Provide tailored services to clients, including travel arrangements, event planning, personal shopping, and more.
  • Coordination and Logistics: Manage schedules, appointments, and reservations. Coordinate with various service providers to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions and transactions.
  • Lifestyle Enhancement: Proactively suggest and implement ways to enhance the client’s lifestyle, from exclusive experiences to everyday conveniences.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client needs.
