- Help maintain cross-training of office staff.
- Complete Assigned projects as needed.
- Provide support for Plant Production team
- Provide support for Plant Management as needed.
- Must be a reliable resource for all team members.
- Maintain ERP data, including AP, AR, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Freight
- Process quarterly physical inventories
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft 365
- Strong effective communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong effective organizational skill
- Customer service experience
- Problem solving
- Critical Thinking
- Committed to working in a safe environment
- Must have high level of integrity, trust, and ethical standards
- Experience leading small teams would be helpful but not required
- Sense of urgency
- ERP system experience helpful but not required.
