Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary:

CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administration Specialist to join our team, providing critical support to a valued customer at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. The successful candidate will manage government property assets and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures. This position is contingent upon contract award.

 

Daily activities may include: 

  • Maintain accurate records of government property, including the receipt, identification, storage, movement, and disposal of assets.
  • Ensure all property is properly tagged, accounted for, and reported in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of property records, reconcile discrepancies, and generate detailed reports for management and government oversight.
  •  Stay current with relevant regulations, such as Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and ensure all property management activities are in full compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members and other stakeholders on property management processes and procedures.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, inventory control, or a related field, preferably within a government or military environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
