Role Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents. Your responsibilities encompass managing the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to finalizing agreements. This includes responding to incoming inquiries, showcasing available units, qualifying applicants, and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the residents' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong sales capabilities to both internal and external clients.
  • Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion to achieve sales targets.
  • Diligently follow up on all sales inquiries.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate potential residents' needs by addressing inquiries and conducting property tours.
  • Effectively convey the benefits of the community to secure agreements.
  • Maintain a high closing ratio and manage renewal offers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships.
  • Promptly and efficiently address resident requests and concerns.
  • Engage in resident events and contribute to marketing efforts.
  • Utilize analytical tools to assess market positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Accurately manage leasing documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.

Educational Background:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of six months to one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals are essential.

Work Environment:
This position primarily operates indoors within the leasing office. The role requires mobility and may involve moderate noise levels.
