Role Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all sales activities, from generating leads to finalizing agreements. This entails managing incoming inquiries, showcasing available units, qualifying applicants, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the resident experience. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong sales capabilities to both internal and external clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales process to achieve established sales targets.
  • Diligently follow up on all sales inquiries.

  • Engage in resident events and assist with marketing efforts.
  • Utilize analytical tools to assess market standing and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Accurately complete leasing documentation in a timely manner.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.
