Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur successful automotive sales dealership is looking for a confident, professional, and customer service-minded used car sales representative who is ready to hit the ground running Job seekers for this position should be well-versed in all aspects of customer satisfaction and generating new sales. You will work directly with customers to identify used car options that meet their needs and lifestyles, negotiate trade-in values, join them for test drives, and answer questions about our available vehicles. $63,500 including commission

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
  • Employ customer service and negotiation skills to close used car deals while delivering an optimal sales experience
  • Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options
  • Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
  • Take a professional approach to your role as a sales associate, whether working with customers in the showroom or collaborating with team members at sales meetings
Qualifications:
  • Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales
  • Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical
  • At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary
  • GED equivalent or high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
