If you excel in signing clients and converting listings, we want you. Join us to thrive in the new NAR landscape.

Compensation:

$112,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Convert seller leads provided by the firm to grow your business
  • Consult with clients to discover their property "must have's" and then partner with them to find their ideal properties
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage your schedule
  • Consistently provide world-class client service to buyers and sellers
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently and on a team
Qualifications:
  • Must have an Active Real Estate license
  • Have 1+ Years of Real Estate experience with the ability to be a full-time real estate professional
  • Enjoy prospect for new business and working with company-provided leads daily
  • Display high energy, a positive attitude, and lots of passion
  • Be a fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
  • Show a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies
  • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and advice
