Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Science.
  • Professional licensure (or eligibility for ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT licensure within 90 days of hire).
  • Two years of experience in addictions treatment preferred.
  • Competency with special populations (e.g., Adult or Adolescent).
  • CPR certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Strong record-keeping and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and integrate findings into clinical summaries.
  • Develop treatment plans with specific goals, objectives, and interventions.
  • Document patients' clinical courses in progress notes.
  • Manage and coordinate patients' progress, keeping all relevant parties informed.
  • Formulate and document comprehensive discharge summaries.
  • Incorporate 12-Step Programs and Principles into treatment plans.
  • Manage caseload, documentation, and treatment delivery responsibilities.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to addiction treatment.
  • Facilitate specialty groups and perform conjoint family counseling.
  • Deliver basic education lectures and presentations on addiction treatment.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and collaborate effectively with team members.
