Job Summary:

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Services Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our assigned clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will work closely with our Medical Director, Program Manager, Counselors, and Nurses to identify and meet the clinical needs of our patients and assist in their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules and regulations within the allocated budget for the clinic.
  • Keep Colonial Management Group, LP informed of any significant treatment events and make prudent recommendations to address the same.
  • Ensure all patients and staff at assigned clinic have completed all intake, admission, discharge, and aftercare paperwork.
  • Develop patient group session schedules for counseling staff to strengthen the patient's bond with the clinic.
  • Assist with clinical aspects of the quarterly quality assurance program reviews.
  • Designated back-up for Program Director in their absence.
  • Ensure patient progress is accurately documented by staff in all patient charts and provide reports as requested.
  • Ensure completion of all monthly report requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director, Pharmacist, and Nursing Services Coordinator to oversee pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure 10% of charts are audited monthly with some representation of active and discharged patients.
  • Oversee and supervise clinical work of clinical staff as required.
  • Provide administrative supervision, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, hiring/separation authority, and time and attendance for assigned clinic.
  • Review, sign, and date all appropriate documentation required.
  • Report patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required.
  • Assist in monitoring all patient activities on clinic premises.
  • Actively participate in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
  • Ensure the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
  • Ensure compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA).
  • Assist with the clinical aspects in achieving and maintaining three-year accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies.
  • Responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements for assigned clinic.
  • Actively participate in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.
  • Participate in all staff meetings and conduct Treatment Team Meetings.
  • Always act in the best interests of the program and company; honor, support, and protect the proprietary data and rights of the company.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a related field and licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Texas. In Texas, can include LPC license as well.
  • Knowledge of Methadone, general clinical supervision, and counseling practices, Federal Confidentiality Law, HIPAA, and ethics.
  • Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of all Microsoft products.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct management experience.
  • Must have a Master's Degree in a related field and have completed Practicum/Internship. Three years post-Masters experience. License required (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LMHC).
