Elite Restoration is currently looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager for our Bellevue, ID location. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:

  • Manage and supervise multiple jobs ranging from water, mold, fire and smoke damage
  • Estimate and manage the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Draft and submit estimates using Xactimate
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales
  • Work as a team to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire ELITE organization
  • Oversee job cost and see that schedules are met
  • Managing communication on projects between customers and project team members
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Ensure all safety protocols are in force
  • Maintain quality control over each project
  • Other duties as assigned

 

You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:

  • 5+ years of experience within the disaster restoration industry in a project management-level role
  • Providing superior leadership and support to each member of the team
  • Offering oversight and support to each project
  • Skilled in multiple trades
  • MUST HAVE: Polished Appearance – No facial or neck tattoos
