Job Description:
In your role as Customer Service Representative at MaxLite, you will be responsible supporting our Customer Service team and their customers, to ensure a 100% satisfaction rate. You will also be supporting sales goals and initiatives with our sales team. This position requires the use of web-based customer service management tools along with considerable communication by phone and email.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately enter orders
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Research part numbers needed to satisfy customers need
- Identify and resolve customer problems or complaints promptly and efficiently. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with other departments, or escalating complex problems to higher-level support or management when necessary
- Collaborate with other department such as Sales, Accounting, Administration, Warehouse, Engineering
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of working experience in a similar role
- Exceptional Data Entry skills
- Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Lighting Industry knowledge a PLUS
