Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, personalized customer service to clients via video and telephone.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Verify customer information to ensure accurate processing and prevent misuse or intentional fraud.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of one year teller experience or comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to operate personal teller, teller terminal, and other bank equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5pm, and Saturday, 8am-3pm.
