Ion Bank is seeking a highly skilled Customer Consultant I to join our team. As a Customer Consultant I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing customer transactions, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, personalized customer service to clients via video and telephone.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Verify customer information to ensure accurate processing and prevent misuse or intentional fraud.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of one year teller experience or comparable combination of education and experience.
- Ability to operate personal teller, teller terminal, and other bank equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5pm, and Saturday, 8am-3pm.
