Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in securing financing by connecting them with suitable lenders to ensure they obtain the best options for their real estate transactions.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and listing agents to facilitate successful real estate deals specifically in Madison, WI.
  • Thoroughly examine and prepare all legal property documents to ensure a seamless and efficient process for both buyers and sellers.
  • Provide regular updates to clients throughout the home-buying process and offer valuable insights into local housing market trends.
  • Engage with potential buyers to fully comprehend their unique housing needs and preferences within the Madison area.
  • Build and reinforce connections with clients and industry professionals to expand networking opportunities.
  • Offer comprehensive guidance on the steps involved in buying or selling a property in Madison, WI.
  • Deliver detailed information and analysis on the current real estate trends specific to the Madison, WI market.
  • Actively participate in open houses and property viewings to effectively showcase available listings to potential buyers.
