We are recruiting for dependable General Manager to help manage a rapidly growing mobile grooming company in Denver. This role will manage groomer operations to ensure pet parents have a second to none grooming experience

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating appointments and groomer schedules using scheduling software
  • Interacting professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all pet parents
  • Opening and closing shop and get vans prepped for the day
  • Supporting groomers as they pick up/drop off vans and supporting them with scheduling/client questions that come up during the day
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment in the shop/vans
  • Training new groomers on van operations and safe driving
  • Ordering supplies as needed
  • Washing and folding towels
  • Driving the van safely in and out of the garage to fill up gas
  • Maintain records of generator upkeep

Qualifications:

  • Dependable and reliable is a must
  • Stellar communication skills, orally and in writing, to ensure clear and professional communication with pet parents and coworkers
  • Computer savvy, need to work with scheduling software
  • Clean driving record
  • Must love dogs - we serve a lot of them :)
