ABOUT OUR MOBILE GROOMING SERVICES

Our Operations Manager embodies the qualities of compassion and care inspired by our pets. With your leadership, patience, and enthusiasm for helping others, you will guide the business operations from start to finish. You will cultivate relationships with clients, champion exceptional service, lead your team, and drive results to enhance business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard new team members and groomers, ensuring they complete all training and safety certification requirements while representing the brand positively.
  • Collaborate with Furry Land Leadership to develop and implement local business growth and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and registration of mobile grooming vans, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Manage appointment scheduling to ensure timely arrivals and efficient use of resources for maximum productivity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial role with a strong sales background and a comprehensive understanding of grooming techniques and breed-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with pet owners and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to adhere to appointment schedules.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed based on customer demand.
  • Experience in supervising teams or a proven aptitude for training, motivating, and applying sales techniques is preferred.

Compensation: $60,000 - $64,000 per year
