Gutter Guards America is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through follow-up with potential customers interested in our roofing and gutter guard solutions.

Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Dublin, OH - In-office positionSalary and Compensation:
  • Generous commission structure
  • Base salary: $35,000 per year
  • Paid weekly via direct deposit
Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Send personalized emails and text messages to nurture leads
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project management
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries about our products and services
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product innovations
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of roofing and gutter systems is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
