ASAP Personnel, a leading staffing company specializing in providing top talent to the apartment industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our candidates, enabling them to excel in their assignments and contribute to our clients' success.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new candidates, including temporary employees, contractors, and direct hires.

Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to gather required documentation and information from candidates.

Conduct thorough screenings, background checks, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet client-specific requirements.

Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork, setting up payroll and benefits, and explaining company policies and procedures.

Coordinate and schedule candidate orientations and training sessions to familiarize them with client expectations, job requirements, and safety protocols.

Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout their assignments.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements during the onboarding process.

Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus but not required.
