Job Title: Onboard Technology Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Onboard Technology Specialist to join our team at Sun Coast Resources, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supporting technology users, auditing software and hardware systems, and maintaining and repairing hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and support technology users in SMARTruck, SMARTLynx, and Samsara
  • Audit software and hardware systems to ensure proper operation
  • Update and install software applications
  • Maintain and repair hardware systems when necessary
  • Install and uninstall truck hardware
  • Maintain inventory
  • Other related tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Must be local
  • Valid driver's license, and a good driving record (minimal travel to other company locations may be required)
  • Stable employment history
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of fuel delivery equipment (trucks, pumps, etc.)
  • Technical and problem-solving experience
  • Experience using transportation software applications (dispatch, electronic logs, etc.)
