Minimum qualifications for this position:

  • 1 year of Property Management experience
  • Accounts payable experience
  • Computer skills, AppFolio preferred
  • Experience creating and sending professional correspondences such as, e-mails and letters.
  • Exceptionally friendly customer service skills, able to deescalate upset tenants.
  • Strong organizational habits and sanitation practices.
  • Self-motivated and efficient time management skills.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • High volume phone management and email correspondence.
  • Assist walk-in tenants and clients, deescalate tenant complaints, provide excellent customer service in challenging situations.
  • Send tenant violations, notices, and letters.
  • Check keys in and out with maintenance team.
  • Manage monthly utility bill-backs.
  • Oversee parking permits/towing.
  • Photocopy, order office supplies and filing.
  • Coordinate setting-up new accounts with utility companies.
  • Data entry
  • Accounts payable
  • General office support, maintain cleanliness of conference room and kitchen
  • Bank and post office drops - must have a reliable vehicle.
