Minimum qualifications for this position:
- 1 year of Property Management experience
- Accounts payable experience
- Computer skills, AppFolio preferred
- Experience creating and sending professional correspondences such as, e-mails and letters.
- Exceptionally friendly customer service skills, able to deescalate upset tenants.
- Strong organizational habits and sanitation practices.
- Self-motivated and efficient time management skills.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- High volume phone management and email correspondence.
- Assist walk-in tenants and clients, deescalate tenant complaints, provide excellent customer service in challenging situations.
- Send tenant violations, notices, and letters.
- Check keys in and out with maintenance team.
- Manage monthly utility bill-backs.
- Oversee parking permits/towing.
- Photocopy, order office supplies and filing.
- Coordinate setting-up new accounts with utility companies.
- Data entry
- Accounts payable
- General office support, maintain cleanliness of conference room and kitchen
- Bank and post office drops - must have a reliable vehicle.
