Your Opportunity:

This position is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. As a Marketing Coordinator you will be specializing in both digital and traditional marketing, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and coordinating marketing strategies across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms. Successful candidates will possess a blend of digital marketing expertise, traditional marketing knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills.


Job Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement digital media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor digital media campaigns in real-time, analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Manage relationships with digital media partners such as ad networks, publishers, and influencers to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling digital content such as blogs, videos, newsletters and infographics.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize marketing activities across channels.
  • Traditional Media Coordination:
  • Plan and execute traditional media campaigns including television, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
  • Liaise with media buying agencies and negotiate advertising placements to optimize reach and frequency within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate the production of traditional media assets such as TV commercials, radio spots, print ads, and outdoor signage.
  • Monitor traditional media campaigns to ensure timely delivery and placement, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Present findings to the marketing team and make recommendations for future strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in both traditional and digital media landscapes, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for traditional marketing campaigns and events, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Track expenses and maintain accurate records of spending related to marketing and events.
  • Presentation Creation:
  • Design visually appealing and engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including sales presentations, corporate presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and information for presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Tailor presentations to target audiences, conveying key messages effectively and persuasively.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all presentation materials.

Skill and Abilities:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Innovation and Improvement: A proactive approach to monitoring industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and other related industry-standard.
  • Well-organized, effective, and attentive to detail.

Job Requirements:

  • English and Spanish is required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience in media planning and coordination, with expertise in both traditional and digital channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of media buying and negotiation processes for traditional media outlets.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
