Position Overview

Salary Range: $26 to $30 Hour

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Assistant to provide support to our Marketing division. The responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant encompass aiding in the organization of promotional campaigns and formulating marketing strategies for various clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize marketing analytics methodologies to collect vital data (including social media insights, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop and share content
  • Manage blog uploads and optimize content on WordPress platforms
  • Support the team with various marketing initiatives
  • Partner with the SEO team to facilitate effective campaigns
  • Create marketing materials (such as blogs, press releases, etc.) to enhance the client's market visibility
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to obtain necessary assets and information from clients
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a marketing assistant
  • Strong understanding of office management and marketing concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Highly organized with a focus on customer service
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and databases
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Google Analytics
  • Hubspot certification
  • Graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords
  • Completion of Facebook Blueprint Courses
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
