As a Contract Manager, you will oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts for the company. You will ensure that all contracts are compliant with legal standards and protect the company’s interests, while also managing relationships with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues related to contracts.
  • Work closely with legal, procurement, and business teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
