- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Repairs: Carry out repairs on industrial machinery, including mechanical components, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Machine Setting and Calibration: Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications. Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning according to the operational requirements.
- Installation: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring it is correctly set up and integrated into the production line.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and ensure that all machinery operates efficiently. Provide support and training to other team members as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in machine setting and calibration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
