Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment. This is a direct hire opportunity with good benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment, including boilers, blast furnaces, cranes, forging presses, hydraulic presses, pumps, gearboxes, mobile equipment, and more.
  • Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform MIG and STICK welding, cutting, and fabrication work.
  • Ability to read blueprints for repairs.
  • Use of hand and power tools for repairs.
  • Teardown and rebuilds of equipment.
  • Regular preventative maintenance on all machinery.
  • Repair or replace belts, bearings, chains, shafts, sprockets, cylinders, and gearboxes.
  • Greasing, oiling, and lubrication of parts and equipment.
Work Schedule

Openings on all 3 shifts (must be available to work at least two shifts).

  • 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm
  • 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am
  • Must be available to work overtime, up to 55 hours per week, 5-7 days per week.
  • Anything after 8 hours daily is 1.5X.
  • Saturdays are automatically 1.5X.
  • Sundays are automatically 2.0X.
