The role demands a skilled professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, ensuring minimal equipment downtime. The successful candidate will work closely with operators, contribute to preventative maintenance programs, and help maintain a robust inventory system.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and have a solid foundation in fabrication and welding. They will be responsible for executing both preventative and corrective maintenance plans on critical plant equipment, such as biogas compressors, air compressors, boilers, pumps, and conveyors.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurately reading and interpreting technical documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and hydraulic/piping drawings. They will perform stick welding and assist with fabrication tasks as needed, and manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper documentation using computer-based maintenance management systems.

The ideal candidate must be able to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, and operate mobile platforms such as scissor lifts and man lifts. They must also be comfortable standing and walking for the entirety of a shift.
