About the opportunity:
Trendy QSR restaurant, which has eight units in the Kansas City area, including Saint Joseph, MO, is looking for a general manager. The company is slated to open 3-4 units over the next two years so advancement opportunity is strongly encouraged and supported.
General Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for a single QSR restaurant
- Manage staff (schedule, assist in training, handle issues, etc.)
- Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
- Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep, etc.
- Participate in sales programs
- Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit
- Strong understanding of local store marketing and community involvement
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have high volume experience of at least $1.0 million or above
- You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
- Good longevity in current and past positions.
- No more than 3-4 jobs in the last 10 years
