Looking for full time restaurant manager that can do daily inventory, checks and balance system. Manager will be required to check all food cooked everyday and make sure food is cooked properly, quality and according to recipes. Will be required to monitor food portion servings by servers and train all staff to share food properly and make sure all employees display proper customer service. Make sure restaurant is clean and up to health codes. Manager most have experience with Jamaican Caribbean & American cuisine food. Manager most have vast cooking experience so that manager can manage usage of products used daily by restaurant chefs and servers. Manager will receive bonuses every month that restaurant sale goals are reach and or exceeded.
