We are a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain known for our fast, friendly service and high-quality food. As we continue to grow and enhance our operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated General Manager to join our team.

Position Overview: General Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and driving overall performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in managing a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training, support, and guidance to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Support recruitment, scheduling, and staff management to ensure adequate coverage and optimal performance.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and attract customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Proven experience in operational management, including cost control, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • A commitment to upholding company standards and achieving operational excellence.
