As the IT Support Analyst at EdgeUno, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on IT support, logistics and data center operations. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a positive attitude to contribute to our telecommunications logistics operations. 

 

Core Responsibilities 

 

IT Support:
Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues. 

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment and systems. 

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of technology infrastructure. 


Data Center Operations
:
Support activities related to data center management, including server maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. 

Assist in the deployment and management of IT systems within the data center environment. 

Monitor and respond to alerts and incidents affecting data center operations. 


Logistics Support
:
Collaborate with logistics teams to integrate IT solutions. 

Coordinate IT equipment shipments, inventory management, and tracking. 


Documentation
:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. 

Contribute to the development of IT documentation for training purposes. 


Collaboration
:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs within the telecommunications logistics operations. 

Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless IT support. 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot IT issues effectively. 
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and telecommunications technologies. 
  • Familiarity with data center operations, including server maintenance and monitoring. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Spanish/Portuguese is a plus. 
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the telecommunications industry. 
  • Prior experience or coursework in IT-related fields is a plus.
