- Professional IT certifications such as Server+, Network+, Microsoft MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, etc.
- Client experience certifications such as Helpdesk Habits, etc.
- Experience working in a helpdesk or managed service provider (MSP) environment
