We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to supervise and develop our front desk team. If you have a knack for customer service, work experience in the hotel industry, and the ability to lead others, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities


  • Scheduling for the Guest Service team
  • Manage reservations and group sales
  • Train and coach front desk associates
  • Work and help out in other departments as needed
  • Be an excellent role model for desk associates
  • Assist with direct sales efforts
  • Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Exceed brand standards and expectations
  • Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable,
Skills


  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Accommodating personality
  • Cheerful disposition
