We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to supervise and develop our front desk team. If you have a knack for customer service, work experience in the hotel industry, and the ability to lead others, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities

Scheduling for the Guest Service team

Manage reservations and group sales

Train and coach front desk associates

Work and help out in other departments as needed

Be an excellent role model for desk associates

Assist with direct sales efforts

Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

Exceed brand standards and expectations

Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate

Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable,

Skills

Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role

Management experience is a plus

Customer service attitude

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Accommodating personality

Cheerful disposition
