A Shop Lead Generation Specialist can expect any of the following responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential leads through various channels including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
    • Perform outbound calling campaigns to promote shop products and services.
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Utilize CRM software to track, manage and report on lead generation activities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new lead generation opportunities.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities and Business Operations for CRM entry and shop handoff.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
    • Communicate effectively with potential leads to understand their needs and qualify them as sales opportunities for conversion into revenue.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Arabic
  • Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Use of CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products; tech savvy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail in managing lead data and reporting.
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in lead generation or sales roles preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Telemarketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in the trailers/heavy equipment industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM a plus.
  • ZOHO CRM: A plus
  • License/Certifications: if any
  • Associate’s degree
