We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Lead Consultant in SAP FICO, specializing in various financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, COPA, Claims, and Product Costing, particularly within the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess 10 to 15 years of comprehensive experience in SAP FICO, with a significant emphasis on recent SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
  • Successfully completed a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of SAP Financial modules including AP, AR, AA, GL, COPA, Claims, and Product Costing.
  • Exhibit proven expertise in integrating SAP with external systems and managing WRICEF objects.
  • Showcase proficiency in Automatic Payment Processes and their integration with banking platforms.
  • Have a solid grasp of SAP SD and MM modules and their relationship with FICO.
  • Possess strong experience in intercompany processes and solution architecture.
  • Display excellent analytical skills and the capability to work autonomously.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a readiness to work in a hybrid environment that may require occasional travel.
  • Hold SAP certification in FICO or related financial modules.
  • Bring experience from the automotive or manufacturing industries.
  • Lead the design and execution of intercompany processes, ensuring adherence to compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs and processes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants and team members.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
