The Project Manager/Account Manager/Client Relations will work closely with the CEO to ensure the successful delivery of services and cultivate strong client relationships. This role involves managing the client journey, preparing and presenting account status and growth reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage client engagements, including executive coaching, team building, strategic planning, and facilitation.
  • Ensure deliverables are met for both one-time and ongoing engagements.
  • Schedule and manage client meetings, ensuring all parties have necessary materials and information.
  • Oversee internal coordination, making sure team members are prepared for upcoming meetings and events.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the administration team.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and facilitate effective relationships with all stakeholders clients, contractors, colleagues, and advisors.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding through project completion.
  • Working diligently to anticipate client and faculty needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, including setting up as a vendor and managing ACH documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and team members, ensuring all needs are met.


Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
  • Manage logistical details for client events, such as booking venues, arranging catering, and organizing materials.
  • Support finance and accounting team with billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Help maintain and update project management software (ClickUp) and CRM systems (Pipedrive).


Operational Support:

  • Provide operational support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel.
  • Assist with internal process improvements and system implementations.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and project details.
  • Proficiently navigate and manage the Kajabi platform, including making updates, adjustments, edits, and troubleshooting. Proactively learn and effectively handle various tasks in Kajabi.
  • Provide occasional support in the development of proposals as needed

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing).
  • Proven experience in project management, client relationship management, and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (ClickUp) and CRM systems such as Pipedrive and Kajabi.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shifting priorities.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time position, approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional in-office attendance for meetings and events.


Location:

  • Office based in Newport, with potential relocation to a different office space in the region.
