Candidate profile and qualifications

  • Experience in writing and sending emails, communicating with upper management, greeting guests and providing customer service to create positive experiences, calendar management, and booking rooms
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Soft Skills: Communicative, Personable, Proactive, and Dedicated
  • Education: Bachelors Preferred, Relevant Experience Can Compensate
  • Proof of vaccination against Covid-19: Required, including booster

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Greeting Visitors:

  • Welcome customers, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors.
  • Determine and address their needs promptly and professionally.

Answering Phones:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Provide accurate information to callers as needed.

Managing Mail:

  • Take messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate destinations within the organization.

Updating Calendars and Scheduling Meetings:

  • Prepare rooms for meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain and update calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.

Maintaining Security:

  • Follow established procedures for monitoring logbooks.
  • Issue visitor badges and ensure security protocols are upheld.
