JOB SUMMARY

Our client is a Health and Life Insurance Brokerage firm seeking to hire Remote Reactivation Licensed Specialists to provide members with precise and current information about products and services to help retain and renew health insurance policies. In this role you will build and maintain strong customer relationships. You must hold a valid license, enabling you to cross-sell a diverse range of products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting the necessary information and documentation from carriers and members to ensure efficient service processing. You will identify customer needs and proactively recommend solutions. This position is crucial in ensuring members receive the support and assistance they need.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and current information to members.
  • Verify applications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Managers and/or Leads to resolve escalations.
  • Promote and cross-sell products and services to meet the diverse needs of members.
  • Proactively reach out to existing members through outbound retention, and renewal calls.
  • Conduct outbound retention and renewal calls to carriers, gathering necessary information or documentation.
  • Assist members with policy inquiries via inbound communication.
  • Maintain documentation of member information while working with multiple systems.
  • Remain informed about health industry developments to enhance service delivery.
  • Make outbound calls to existing or previous customers as part of reactivation efforts.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast changing environment requiring multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work with colleagues, teams, leaders, and as an individual contributor.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think tactfully.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-versed with computer skills, including an understanding of Office/Google Suites.

Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.

Certifications & Experience:

  • Active Tennessee Health/Life Insurance license.
  • Minimum requirement of one year or more of prior experience in Customer Service-related roles.

Other Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • The position requires visual focus and concentration in front of a computer screen for the duration of the shift.
  • 6Mbps internet speed
  • Headset with built-in microphone
