Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time and PRN Rehabilitation Specialist (Physical Therapist) to become a vital part of our team. We are pleased to offer a Sign-On Bonus along with Daily Pay options for this role.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a licensed Rehabilitation Specialist who will assist patients in their recovery journey from injuries, illnesses, and surgical procedures, focusing on helping them regain functionality and manage discomfort. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will create personalized treatment strategies aimed at enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing further disability. Furthermore, you will provide education to patients on how to manage their conditions for sustained health improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of rehabilitation assessment and treatment methodologies
  • Capability to oversee and guide assistants and aides
  • Familiarity with physical modalities and supportive devices
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

Licensure/Certification:

  • Valid Physical Therapist Registration/State Licensure
  • Current CPR certification

Educational Background:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy

Experience in geriatric and adult neurological rehabilitation is highly regarded
