Ultimate Care NY is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in New City, NY

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective scheduling of our home health care staff to meet the needs of our clients. Ultimate Care NY has been providing high-quality home health care services to the New York Community for the past 20 years. We are committed to delivering personalized care solutions to enhance the well-being of our clients.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (Onsite- M-F: 40 hours a week)

What you'll be doing:
  • Coordinate and schedule home health care staff based on client needs and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff schedules and assignments.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure optimal utilization of staff resources.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to address scheduling needs and changes.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard new staff members.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies related to scheduling and staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.

What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. ·
  • Ability to adapt to new software and work models.
  • Knowledge of HHAeXchange
