This position is best suited for people who enjoy working in an office and communicating with various customers via phone/email throughout the day.

 

What to expect during the hiring process:

 

If selected, you may be asked to complete a first-round phone interview. Once completed, we may reach out to schedule a second interview in-person. This entire process should take fewer than three days.

Background Check Statement:

 

Gilstrap Exterminating conducts pre-employment screening for all positions which includes a criminal background check, verification of work history, academic credentials, licenses, and certifications. Employment is contingent upon successful passing of the background check.

What your job duties will be: 

 

  • Build relationships with customers 
  • Strong and consistent communication skills
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Be a teamplayer
  • Managing office inventory and supplies
  • Office duties including document filing, scanning, and creation
  • Notate accounts and complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner
  • Assist customers per their needs including, but not limited to, payments, scheduling, updating customer files, and conflict resolution
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as needed
  • Maintain internal and external confidentiality of information
  • Process customer payments
  • Perform routine customer follow-up tasks
  • Other duties assigned
