Position Overview:
Are you an HR enthusiast with a flair for fashion and a knack for nurturing talent? Were searching for a proactive and personable HR Manager who will be the heartbeat of our people strategy. In this pivotal role, youll work with our freelance recruiter to drive our evergreen recruitment efforts, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring that Nati Boutique remains a fantastic place to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management: Craft and execute innovative strategies for acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent to fuel our exciting growth journey.
  • Recruiting: Lead our recruitment efforts with enthusiasm, partnering with our freelance recruiter to attract and onboard exceptional Sales Associates, Leads, Assistant Managers, and Managers. Your mission is to build a stellar team that embodies our brands spirit.
  • Onboarding: Create and oversee a welcoming onboarding program that integrates new hires smoothly and makes them feel right at home from day one.
  • Training: Design and deliver engaging training programs that empower our team to excel and grow within the company.
  • Retention: Identify and nurture top performers, implementing initiatives that foster their development and ensure their long-term success with Nati Boutique.
  • Compensation and Payroll: Manage competitive and fair compensation structures and payroll processes, ensuring that our team members feel valued and rewarded.
  • Compliance: Stay ahead of labor laws and industry standards to maintain a compliant and ethical workplace.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with regional and store managers to evaluate, train, and recruit staff, while working directly with the COO on HR initiatives such as pension plans, incentive structures, and more.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ideally, 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a preference for experience in the retail industry.
  • Understanding of retail operations, including the necessary skills to be a successful salesperson and leader.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP, Deputy, and DocuSign.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
