This position is essential in maintaining employee satisfaction through on-time and accurate compensation, as well as compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll for employees
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and other deductions
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain employee records and ensure payroll accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Assist in payroll audits as needed
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of payroll processes
  • Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as a payroll coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in payroll software, such as ADP
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with benefits and compensation policies
  • Understanding of tax regulations related to payroll
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
