Director of Sales

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide training and development to the sales team
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Track and report sales results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of MEDDPPICC and Sandler sales methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong drive and motivation
