POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Longenecker & Associates employee, the Requirements Management Technical Specialist will engage in mission critical work, join a team that constantly exceeds client expectations, and become a member of highly skilled L&A professionals.

The Technical Specialist will perform the following duties:
  • Formatting, loading, and parsing of requirement source documents not supported by HMIS,
  • RAM/SME/User System support,
  • Maintenance of implementing mechanism module/project,
  • Administrative system tasks (creating links, adding notes, performing work as indicated by RAM/SME),
  • RAM/SME/User system support,
  • Generation of Ad-Hoc reports as requested.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in interpreting and implementing requirements from regulated environments (e.g., commercial nuclear, DOE, or DOD).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
  • Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening,
  • Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with IBM Rational DOORS Next® or similar software application,
  • Previous experience on DOE sites and programs.

LOCATION
Hybrid – 50% onsite at Hanford in Washington and 50% remote work.
