Administrative Office Manager

Qualifications
- The right and successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience running and/or operating in an HR director or administrative management position.
- Security, Law Enforcement or Military Experience would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required.
- The successful candidate must have a strong leadership ability and have the ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all related administrative duties are performed include answering multiple line telephone systems, accurately forwarding phone calls, and routing messages to the correct recipient. In addition, the candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Other responsibilities include assuming direct responsibility of company’s electronic web-based work schedule, scheduling employee vacation and time-off request.
- Gathering employee time records and ensuring accurate calculation for payroll department, the maintenance of employee employment and personnel records.
- The ongoing recruiting, interviewing and screening of applicants for vacant positions, as well as organizing office supplies and equipment.
- Experience with computer software applications such as Power Point, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quick Books.
- Other duties as assigned.
