Job Opportunity: Project Architect

Responsibilities: As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, material selection, color schemes, equipment details, estimated project costs, and construction timelines.
  • Develop detailed architectural working drawings, encompassing plans, elevations, sections, intricate details, and comprehensive schedules.
  • Perform regular on-site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and design specifications.
  • Act as the client's representative in soliciting construction bids and evaluating contract proposals.
  • Create comprehensive operating and maintenance manuals, conduct studies, and prepare insightful reports.
  • Utilize your proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD to create and modify architectural drawings with precision.
  • Leverage your skills in InDesign and Photoshop to enhance project presentations and documentation.


Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for precise and efficient drafting.
  • Desired skills in InDesign and Photoshop for visually impactful presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining design integrity throughout construction.
