Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Clerk handles the daily processing of invoices while providing excellent customer service by answering all vendor inquiries and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. In addition, this role will provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department by compiling and maintaining accounts payable records.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Process invoices and provide customer service to our vendors.
- Gather and track tickets received for inventory tracking in Excel.
- Analyze tickets for inventory and trucking for monthly accruals.
- Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and accounts payable files.
- In addition, distribute and mail signed checks as required.

Education/Experience
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- Prior construction industry experience a plus.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Work Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years in age or older.
- Must pass post-offer employment drug testing, medical exams, and physical agility testing.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers and/or supervisors with other duties as required.
